This image shows Ms. Rubin co-presenting a virtual instructor-led training she co-designed that was part of the launch of a Nurse leadership program. This segment of the training focused on the SCARF framework developed by neuroscientist David Rock to understand human behavior in social situations. It identifies five key domains that drive human behavior, categorized by the initial letters S, C, A, R, and F, with S standing for Status. After co-developing and presenting the training, Ms. Rubin edited a video of this program for ongoing use within the organization.
