Microlearning, Online trainings & LMS Coordination

The above image is from the introduction to a training for 60,000 Microsoft sales staff around the world about the new Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology sales system released in the summer of 2023. Ms. Rubin produced the introductory and closing modules for this training, which was developed in Intrepid, and ran on the Intrepid Learning Management System platform. Since this information is proprietary, the course itself is not available as a sample. Note that this is true for much of the coursework produced at Microsoft.

Ms. Rubin designs, writes, and produces microlearnings and online trainings using Articulate Storyline, RISE 360, Captivate, and Camtasia. She has expertise in managing these programs within several Learning Management Systems (including Talent LMS, Intrepid, SumTotal, Blackboard, Moodle, and Learnworlds.)
