For several programs at Presbyterian Ms. Rubin was responsible for the following:
- Designing the flow of the curriculum and how all elements fit together.
- Producing all pre-work and follow-up assignments.
- Creating pre and post-program learning evaluation assessments.
- Producing PowerPoint presentations, run-of-show documentation for program delivery, Instructor guides, and participant manuals.
- Presenting curriculum plans to leadership.
- Co-delivering sessions.
