These days, I work extensively with AI tools to expedite certain steps, supporting quick turnaround, while maintaining human creativity and insight in all projects. This work is always grounded in solid instructional design and development workflows, including ADDIE, SAM, Agile, and Bloom's Taxonomy.



Learning Curriculum Specialist & Instructional Designer

Perhaps your company needs a Learning and Curriculum Specialist or Instructional Designer to manage the development of training or educational programs.

I've managed the development of curricula for diverse organizations and my own projects including producing:

• On-demand trainings in Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and other software.

• Live-virtual trainings with trainer and facilitator guides, student guides, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, labs, and other assets.

• Live-in-person training programs, sometimes extending across six months or lasting up to five days.
   

This work is supported by a Masters and in-depth experience in Instructional Design.

My experience includes personally delivering many trainings and managing an extensive national and international training program:

• Live, in-person training delivery including delivering 60 trainings across the United States, and in Haiti and Mexico.

• Live-virtual training delivery including co-designing, co-delivering, and moderating a six-month nurse leadership program virtually in 2021.

• Coordinating on-demand training programs for delivery asynchronously, including managing Learning Management System (LMS) assignments.
